From the distance you con recognize the carob tree by the leaves arranged in pairs. The colour of the leaves is a dark green and the bark is almost black.

We – meaning Norbert and I – have been living on the beautiful island of Hvar in South Dalmatia for several years. Before we came here, we lived in Germany.
